Application fee per applicant: $50
Security deposit - normal: $500
Security deposit - extra: $750
Security deposit - maximum: equal to one month's rent
Refundable Pet Deposit: $300 per pet
Monthly pet fee: $50 per pet
Parking - first come first served: $50
Parking - motorcycle: $80
Parking - reserved: $105
Parking - EV: $195
Garages: $185, $285 EV inside
Storage units: $100-$210, depending on size of storage
Water/sewer/trash/gas - Varies monthly billed30 daysin arrears
NSF Fee: $35
Monthly late fee: $150 and late on the 5th of the month
Termination fee: 1.5 times the monthly rent

Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each

Rent $50 | Deposit $300

Comments: A refundable deposit of $300 per pet due at move-in. Monthly fee of $50 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pincher, Presa Canarios, Elkhounds, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.
